REPORT OF THE AUDITORS TO THE SHAREHOLDERS OF THE UNITED MALAYSIAN RUBBER Co., LIMITED.

We have examined the above Balance Sheet, dated 31st May, 1911, with the books and vouchers of the Company in London and with the returns from New-^ork and the East, signed by the respective Managers. ÜVe have received all the inforraation and explanations we have required. In our opinion such Balance Sheet is properly drawn up so as to exhibit a true and correct view ot the state of the Company's affairs according to the best of our information and the expJanations given us, and as shown by the books of the Company and the returns referred to. Exchange with Singapore has been taken at 2/4- per Straits dollar, and with New-York at 4.87 U. S. A. dollars per £ sterling.
